User Accounts
Users may be required to create an account to access certain features of the platform.
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and for all activities that occur under their account.
Valanchuli reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any account if misuse, suspicious activity, or violation of platform policies is detected.
Platform Role
Valanchuli operates as an intermediary platform that hosts user-generated content.
The platform allows users and writers to publish stories and other materials. Valanchuli does not actively pre-screen or review every story, image, or material uploaded by users.
Users are solely responsible for the content they upload or publish on the platform.
Content Access
Valanchuli provides both free and premium stories.
Some stories or episodes may require:
– Keys to unlock premium episodes or full stories
– An active subscription plan to access selected subscription stories
Access conditions may vary depending on story settings and platform policies.
Keys System
Valanchuli uses a virtual key system for unlocking premium content.
Users may purchase keys through available key packs on the platform. Keys can be used to unlock individual episodes, premium stories, or other locked content.
Once keys are used to unlock content, the action cannot be reversed. Keys purchased on the platform are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Subscription Plans
Valanchuli may offer subscription plans that allow users to access selected stories for a limited duration.
Subscription benefits remain valid only during the active subscription period. After expiration, users may renew the subscription or use keys to unlock premium episodes.
If a user purchases an additional subscription while another subscription is already active, the new subscription will automatically activate after the current subscription period ends.
Payments
Payments made on Valanchuli for keys or subscription plans are processed through secure third-party payment gateways.
Users are responsible for reviewing purchase details before completing payment.
Due to the nature of digital content, most purchases on the platform are final and non-refundable as described in the Refund Policy.
Writer Content and Copyright Responsibility
Writers who publish stories on Valanchuli must ensure that the content they upload is their original work or that they have the legal rights to publish such content.
Writers must not upload:
– Stories copied from other authors or platforms
– Content that has been exclusively sold or licensed to another platform
– Any material belonging to another person or organization without permission
Valanchuli does not claim ownership of stories published by writers. Writers retain ownership of their original work.
However, writers are solely responsible for the content they upload. If any copyright violation or ownership dispute arises, the responsibility lies with the writer who uploaded the content.
Publishing License
By publishing or uploading content on Valanchuli, the writer grants Valanchuli a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, distribute, and promote the content on the platform.
This license allows Valanchuli to make the content available to users through the website and related services.
Content Promotion and Marketing
By publishing or uploading content on Valanchuli, writers grant the platform permission to promote their stories for marketing and promotional purposes.
Valanchuli may feature or promote stories, excerpts, titles, cover images, or related content on:
– The Valanchuli website and related services
– Social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, or similar platforms
– Digital advertisements, promotional banners, or marketing campaigns
Valanchuli may use excerpts, titles, or images from stories for promotional banners, advertisements, or platform highlights.
Such promotional use will only be for the purpose of promoting the platform and the stories available on Valanchuli. Writers continue to retain ownership of their original content.
Prohibited Content
Users and writers must not upload or publish any content that:
– Is abusive, offensive, or harmful
– Contains explicit or inappropriate images or material
– Uses copyrighted text, images, or media without permission
– Violates the intellectual property rights of others
– Promotes illegal activities or harmful behavior
If such content is identified, Valanchuli may remove the content and take appropriate action against the responsible user.
Copyright Complaints and Content Removal
Valanchuli respects the intellectual property rights of authors and creators.
If any person or organization believes that content published on Valanchuli violates their copyright or intellectual property rights, they may submit a complaint to the platform.
Upon receiving a valid complaint, Valanchuli may temporarily remove or disable access to the reported content while the issue is reviewed.
If the complaint is found to be valid, the content may be permanently removed and the responsible user account may be restricted or terminated.
Valanchuli may cooperate with relevant authorities when required by law.
Story Removal Requests
Writers may request the removal of their stories from the platform by contacting Valanchuli support.
All removal requests will be reviewed by the platform before any action is taken. Valanchuli may require a reasonable amount of time to process and complete such requests.
Writers are requested to allow sufficient time for the platform to review and process the request. Immediate removal of content may not always be possible due to platform operations and user access considerations.
Writer Revenue and Payments
Valanchuli may provide revenue sharing opportunities for writers who publish content on the platform.
Writer earnings may be based on factors such as story views, premium unlocks, subscriptions, or other monetization features provided by the platform.
Writers must provide accurate payment details including bank account information, PAN number, and other required information for payment processing.
Payments may be processed periodically according to the platform’s payout cycle and only after the writer reaches the minimum payout threshold set by Valanchuli.
Valanchuli reserves the right to review revenue calculations and withhold payments in cases of fraud, policy violations, or manipulation of platform systems.
Valanchuli also reserves the right to modify or discontinue the writer revenue program at any time.
False Information and Defamation
Users must not publish or spread false, misleading, or defamatory statements about Valanchuli, its services, its authors, or other users.
Any attempt to spread unverified accusations, harmful rumors, or misleading information about the platform, including through external channels such as social media, may result in account suspension or termination.
Account Suspension and Termination
Valanchuli reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any user or writer account if it is found to be in violation of these Terms and Conditions or other platform policies.
Accounts may be terminated for activities including copyright violations, abusive behavior, fraud, or attempts to manipulate the platform’s systems.
Valanchuli may remove associated content and restrict access to services without prior notice if necessary to protect the platform or its users.
Platform Rights
Valanchuli reserves the right to remove any content or restrict any account at its sole discretion if it violates platform policies.
Platform Changes
Valanchuli reserves the right to modify platform features, pricing, subscription plans, or access rules at any time.
The platform may also update these Terms and Conditions periodically.
Limitation of Liability
Valanchuli is not responsible for losses caused by temporary service interruptions, technical issues, or internet connectivity problems.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
