Digital Content Policy

Valanchuli provides digital content such as stories and premium episodes. Once digital content is unlocked or accessed, it cannot be returned. Therefore, most purchases on the platform are non-refundable.

Users are advised to review their purchase carefully before completing any payment.

Keys Purchase

Users may purchase keys to unlock premium episodes or full premium stories.

All key purchases are final and non-refundable. Once keys are purchased or used to unlock content, refunds will not be issued.

Unused keys will remain in the user’s account and can be used to unlock other eligible premium content.

Subscription Plans

Valanchuli offers subscription plans that allow users to read selected subscription stories during the subscription period.

Subscription payments are non-refundable once the subscription is successfully activated.

If a user purchases a new subscription while an existing subscription is still active, the newly purchased subscription will automatically activate after the current subscription expires. Payments made for such additional subscriptions are non-refundable.

Duplicate Payments

If a user accidentally makes multiple payments for subscription plans, the additional subscription will remain pending and will activate after the current plan expires.

Since the purchased plan will still be provided, such payments are considered valid and are non-refundable.

Payment Processing Errors

If a payment is successfully completed but the subscription or keys are not credited to the user account due to a technical error, users may contact our support team.

After verification, Valanchuli will manually activate the subscription or credit the keys to the user’s account.

Fraudulent or Abusive Activity

Valanchuli reserves the right to suspend accounts or restrict services if fraudulent activity, payment abuse, or misuse of the platform is detected.

Refund Review

In rare cases involving payment gateway errors or system malfunctions, Valanchuli may review the situation and provide appropriate support if necessary.

Changes to This Policy

Valanchuli may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Continued use of the platform after any updates means you accept the revised policy.
